How to Hide a Sheet in Google Sheets

Step 1:

In the Google Sheets interface, locate the sheet you want to hide. Right-click on the sheet and select “Hide sheet” as shown in the image below.

Step 2:

Immediately, the sheet will be hidden in Google Sheets. You can perform the same action with other sheets if you want to hide them as well.

How to Hide Multiple Sheets in Google Sheets

Google Sheets allows you to select multiple sheets to hide them simultaneously, instead of manually hiding each sheet.

Step 1:

To select multiple sheets to hide, you have three different options depending on your needs:

For non-adjacent sheets on Windows, hold Ctrl and click on each sheet you want to hide.
For non-adjacent sheets on Mac, hold Command while selecting each sheet.
For adjacent sheets, click on the first sheet, hold the Shift key, and click on the last sheet to select them all.

Step 2:

After selecting the sheets, right-click and choose “Hide sheet.” As a result, all the selected sheets will be hidden in Google Sheets.

How to Unhide a Sheet in Google Sheets

Whether you have hidden one sheet or multiple sheets in Google Sheets, there is only one way to unhide them.

Step 1:

Click on the View menu and select “Hidden sheets” from the displayed list.

Step 2:

At this point, the user will see all the Google Sheets that you have hidden. To unhide a sheet, you need to click on each individual sheet as it is not possible to unhide multiple sheets at once.
